At Divine Home & Wellness, we reserve dedicated time for every client to ensure the highest quality service. We understand that schedules can change, and we appreciate your cooperation with the following policy.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, with a minimum fee of $50.

A client is considered a no-show if our cleaning professionals arrive at the scheduled appointment and are unable to access the home or the client does not respond within 15 minutes of arrival. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

If our team cannot enter the property due to locked doors, incorrect access information, or unavailable keys, the appointment will be treated as a no-show, and the applicable fee will apply.

Clients with recurring cleaning services who repeatedly cancel or reschedule on short notice may be removed from the recurring schedule at the discretion of Divine Home & Wellness.

We understand that true emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the sole discretion of Divine Home & Wellness in cases of severe illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By booking a service with Divine Home & Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
