This Service Agreement is entered into between Divine Home & Wellness ("Company") and the above-named client (                                                 ). By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Divine Home & Wellness agrees to provide the cleaning services selected during the booking process. Any additional services requested on the day of service may result in additional charges.

• A $10-$50 non-refundable deposit (depending on service) is required to reserve all appointments.
• The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the cleaning service.
• The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
• Accepted payment methods include:
  
  • Cash
  • Zelle
  • Any additional payment methods accepted by Divine Home & Wellness.

Failure to submit payment may result in future appointments being declined.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
• No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.
• One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice, and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

The Client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If cleaners are unable to enter the property within 20 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

The Client agrees to disclose any conditions that may affect the cleaning service, including but not limited to:

• Mold
• Biohazards
• Pest infestations
• Unsafe conditions
• Aggressive pets

Divine Home & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions present a health or safety risk.

If the Client is dissatisfied with the completed service, they must notify Divine Home & Wellness within 24 hours of the appointment. We will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

While every effort is made to protect the Client's property, Divine Home & Wellness is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
• Items that are unstable, improperly installed, or previously damaged.
• Damage resulting from undisclosed defects.

Any concerns regarding accidental damage should be reported within 24 hours.

Clients are encouraged to secure cash, jewelry, firearms, prescription medications, and other valuables before service begins.

Divine Home & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

• Unsafe working conditions.
• Harassment or abusive behavior.
• Fraudulent bookings or payment issues.
• Illegal activity on the premises.

With the Client's permission, Divine Home & Wellness may take before-and-after photographs for quality assurance and training purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared without written consent.

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Client and Divine Home & Wellness and supersedes any prior verbal agreements.
