To reserve your cleaning appointment, a $10-$50 non-refundable deposit is required depending on your service. Your appointment is considered pending until your deposit has been received.

After your deposit is received, we will confirm your appointment by email or text message. If the deposit is not received, your requested appointment time may be released to another client.

The remaining balance is due immediately after your cleaning service is completed. We currently accept:

• Zelle
• Cash

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date (one reschedule only).
• Missed appointments or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.

For the safety of our business and our clients:

• We reserve the right to verify appointment information before confirming a booking.
• Appointments made with false or inaccurate information will be canceled.
• Divine Home & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service when fraudulent activity is suspected.
